Privacy Policy

This policy explains how EVE (“I”, “me”) collects and uses your personal information when you visit this website or get in touch about Christmas styling. I only collect what I need to respond to you and to provide the service you ask for.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry, I receive the details you choose to share, which may include:

• your name, email address and telephone number;
• your area or postcode, and for commercial enquiries your business or brand name;
• details about your home or space, your decorations and what you’d like styled;
• your preferred installation dates and how you’d like to be contacted.

If you email, call or message me directly, I’ll also hold the contents of that correspondence.

How I use it

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation;
• to prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your styling;
• to keep appropriate business and accounting records.

I will never sell your information, and I won’t add you to a mailing list or send marketing without your permission.

Legal basis

I process your information because you’ve asked me to take steps before potentially entering into a contract with you (responding to your enquiry and quoting), to perform that contract if you book, and to meet legal obligations such as keeping financial records.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to me via a secure form-handling service and my email provider, and the website is served by a hosting provider. These providers process data on my behalf and only as needed to provide their service. I don’t share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

Photographs of your home

I will only photograph your home or space with your permission, and I will never publish images of it — on this website, social media or anywhere else — without your explicit agreement.

How long I keep it

If an enquiry doesn’t go ahead, I’ll delete your details within 12 months. If you become a client, I keep records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements (typically six years for financial records).

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it’s used. To do any of these, email hello@evestudio.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office atico.org.uk.
